Your new role

• Manage cross-functional IFRS S1 & S2 sustainability related disclosures and Sustainability reporting workstreams and ensuring timely execution of action roadmap and alignment with company goals.
• Analyze ESG ratings and performance assessments to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage responses to ESG ratings and rankings, including CDP, MSCI, Sustainalytics, S&P Global CSA (DJSI), and others.
• Provide support on other sustainability team related work as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 7 years of experience in sustainability reporting, ESG disclosures, corporate responsibility, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks and regulatory developments (e.g., HKEX, GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB).
• Experience managing ESG rating responses and corporate sustainability disclosures.
