About The Role

We are seeking for a dynamic and experienced Sustainability Manager to lead the organisation's sustainability efforts, including environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with a passion for sustainability.

The Sustainability Manager will oversee the implementation and continuous improvement and related platform's sustainability programs, supporting alignment with industry best practice, innovation, compliance with relevant reporting frameworks and the provision of thought leadership in sustainability driven value creation.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the Lead for Annual Sustainability report, investor ESG reporting and ESG external disclosure.
  • Support on implementing the group ESG policies and commitments.
  • Collaborate with and support company's platforms to develop dedicated regional and industry specific sustainability frameworks.
  • Providing strategic direction suggestions and support to achieve organisational sustainability goals.
  • Take charge of quarterly board sustainability reporting and investor-specific sustainability reporting requirements and timeframes and provide oversight and support to the Group Sustainability Manager in delivering annual sustainability report. Manage, update and align ESG content and messaging across all company platforms, including the corporate website and related communication channels.
  • Lead the preparation and dissemination of sustainability.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant ESG reporting frameworks and lead the company's annual PRI Reporting process. Structure greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reporting systems and develop reduction strategies.
  • Provide guidance on incorporating ESG factors into portfolio construction and risk management processes.
  • Participate in M&A deal teams, focusing on sustainability due diligence and strategies to enhance target investments outcomes.
  • Support the ESG data reporting of current and future capital-raising activities, with a focus on corporate ESG documentation coordination.
  • Perform any additional sustainability-related duties as assigned.


What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, engineering, business administration or a related field.
  • A relevant advanced certificates with a focus on sustainability. Such as CFA-ESG
  • Experience in Sustainability or Environmental Management: 4-8 years of professional experience in sustainability, environmental management or a related area. This includes implementing sustainability initiatives, assessing environmental impact and tracking sustainability metrics.
  • Sustainability Reporting and Metrics: Proficiency in sustainability reporting tools (e.g., PRI, TCFD SASB) and data analysis. Experience in preparing sustainability reports, conducting audits and communicating the organisation's environmental performance to stakeholders.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Experience in developing, implementing and managing long-term sustainability strategies, including reducing carbon footprints, energy consumption, waste and water use.
  • Knowledge of Environmental Regulations: Understanding of environmental laws, regulations, and standards, including local, regional and international guidelines.
  • Team player, excellent interpersonal skills to thrive in a collaborative working environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-growing and dynamic start up environment.
  • Strong client-focus and drive to deliver results.
  • Problem-solving skills.
