Job Description

We are looking for PANVESTORS OF THE FUTURE. You care about sustainability and want to learn you like to challenge the status quo and to make a difference you want to be motivated and inspired you like to laugh and engage with others you like to put in the effort and to see how your work matters.

What you will learn:

. Why sustainability matters and how it is integrated into our investment process

. Hands-on interaction with our investment team and invited guest speakers on sustainability topics

. What the best companies practice in human, social and environmental capital across the global listed equity universe

. Sustainability trends/issues and how these will shape the investment climate of the future

What you will do:

. Help us conduct a detailed review of a company's environmental, social, human, and financial capital based on our proprietary Resilience Framework. This will be done in conjunction with our co-founders (experienced PMs who are Ex Morgan Stanley) and our sustainability specialists

. Undertake one specific project that is of interest to you in collaboration with our team. For example, collaborate on a whitepaper/article on a topic which is of interest to you

Student will handle primarily:

i - conducting ESG/sustainability research on global companies

ii - conducting sustainability research on trends and best practices

iii - a project of the interns choosing under the guidance and collaboration of the mentor. This typically entails a written research report and presentation which will be featured on our website.

Candidate requirements:

All disciplines will be considered, it doesn't need to be finance

At least a 3rd undergrad student
