Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in coordinating the data collection process from data owners across all operations for the sustainability reporting
Assist to track and manage key metrics and initiatives on the environment, social and governance (ESG) pillar and work closely with other relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely submission
Manage the internal database, review and consolidate data for the Group
Support the preparation of presentation materials and biweekly newsletter
Stay abreast of relevant regulations and industry standards
Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices and innovative solutions in sustainability
Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in sustainability initiatives
Assist with independent research on sustainability related topics to support team who may need technical information on certain subject matters
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Any other duties as assigned by the superior
Requirements
Minimum 1-3 years of related work experience
Diploma in ESG, Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
Understanding of sustainability principles, frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD) and best practices
Proactive, meticulous and results oriented with an analytical mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good time management skills and ability in managing priorities
Proficiency with MS Office applications (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
Fluent oral, written and presentation skills in English
