Sustainability Coordinator - EUDR Compliance - 3 months contract

Responsibilities:
- The EUDR requires companies to prove that key commodities and related products are free from deforestation.
- Receive supplier information and check for consistency
- Upload of the relevant files to external testing platform and retrieve results
- Follow up with suppliers who do not provide information on time
- In the event of problems escalate to senior colleagues for solutions
- Upload validated files into EU-Traces system and retrieve response
- Handover response from EU-Traces to Supply Chain Department for further processing
- Track all steps in a tracking file
Requirements
- Able to commit minimum 3 months contract from December 2025 to March 2026 and potentially to June 2026.
- Proficient in Excel and need to ensure data accuracy
- Able to use the MS Office package, in particular Outlook, Teams, Word
- Good communication skills in English
- Fast learner
- Analytical skills to detect potential problems
Other information
- Salary of up to S$ 2,800
- 5 days week Mondays to Fridays - normal working hours
- 1 day of Annual Leave / month once you completed 3 months of service
- Salary and CPF will be under recruitment agency for this contract
