- Support sustainability management across the company's renewable fuels and biofuels trading activities, including annual sustainability audits, certification processes, and carbon emissions verification
- Manage and maintain sustainability documentation in compliance with international certification schemes (e.g., ISCC) and relevant regulatory requirements
- Participate in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions calculation and data verification related to biofuels and feedstock supply chains
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to improve sustainability performance and ensure compliance across the supply chain
- Assist traders with operational support when required, including documentation preparation, contract follow-up, and coordination with logistics and counterparties
- Participate in technical discussions and industry exchanges to strengthen knowledge in sustainability regulations and renewable fuels markets
- Coordinate with internal departments and support ad-hoc projects as required.
Keys to success in this role:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Energy, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- 1-3 years of experience in sustainability management, certification systems, or documentation operations
- Knowledge of renewable fuels, biofuels, or feedstock sustainability regulations and certification schemes (e.g., ISCC, RED II/RED III) is preferred
- Familiarity with greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting or sustainability reporting is an advantage.
- Strong documentation management and organizational skills
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team proactive and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong command of both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
