Survey Operations Executive

We are looking for a Survey Operations Executive to support our growing operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the work of field surveyors, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.

This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and ready to build a career in the engineering and surveying industry - no prior experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and monitor the daily activities of field surveyors to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.

Plan, allocate, and schedule job assignments and project tasks for field survey teams.

Apply for job permits and site passes required for field staff to access project sites.

Coordinate and arrange safety training courses for field personnel in compliance with Singapore's safety regulations.

Ensure all field staff maintain valid certifications and comply with workplace safety and health requirements.

Maintain communication between field teams and management to ensure smooth operations and timely progress updates.

Provide general administrative and operational support to the Survey Department as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum Education: Diploma in Engineering, Geomatics, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience: No prior experience required (training will be provided).

Good organizational and coordination skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
