Job Responsibilities
Surveillance Systems Administration
- Administer and maintain Surveillance technology infrastructure, including servers, workstations, operating systems, storage platforms, and associated security solutions.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure operational continuity of Surveillance services.
- Ensure system configurations are maintained in accordance with approved standards and security requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system inventories, architecture, configurations, change records, and operational procedures.
Patch, Vulnerability & Security Management
- Manage the end-to-end patch management lifecycle for Surveillance systems, including impact assessment, testing, deployment, validation, and rollback planning.
- Assess operational and security risks associated with operating system, application, and firmware vulnerabilities and recommend remediation plans.
- Administer endpoint security technologies, including anti-malware, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and vulnerability management solutions.
- Partner with Cybersecurity teams to support threat mitigation, incident response, system hardening, and compliance initiatives.
Technical Operations & Incident Management
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues affecting Surveillance systems and infrastructure.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for Surveillance technology incidents and outages.
- Coordinate troubleshooting efforts across multiple stakeholders, including Information Technology, Network Engineering, vendors, and Cybersecurity teams.
- Analyze recurring technical issues and implement sustainable solutions to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
Regulatory & Operational Compliance
- Support compliance with Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA) requirements and applicable corporate security standards.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews relating to Surveillance technology systems.
- Ensure all technology changes are implemented in accordance with approved change management processes and departmental procedures.
Project & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in system upgrades, infrastructure refreshes, technology implementations, and enhancement projects impacting Surveillance operations.
- Evaluate new technologies and solutions that may improve operational effectiveness, reliability, or security.
- Provide technical recommendations to department leadership regarding infrastructure improvements and lifecycle planning.
- Support disaster recovery exercises, backup validation activities, and business continuity testing.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with Surveillance Operations, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Compliance, and external vendors to support business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to team members and operational stakeholders.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships across multiple departments.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Experience
- 4 to 6 years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, security engineering, or related technical disciplines.
- Experience supporting mission-critical systems operating in a 24/7 environment.
- Experience managing Windows Server environments, Active Directory, endpoint technologies, and enterprise infrastructure platforms.
- Experience in patch management, vulnerability remediation, and operational support activities.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration and enterprise endpoint management.
- Good understanding of network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, and firewall concepts.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity controls, vulnerability management processes, and endpoint security technologies.

- Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, dust, gaming floor and more.
