Surgical Implant Sales Manager (Spine)

Job Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies for spinal implant products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with spine surgeons, hospitals, and key decision-makers.
• Provide clinical support during surgical cases and product demonstrations.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in medical devices, with proven track record in spine or orthopedic implants.
• Familiar with the latest surgical technologies, including navigation and minimally invasive spine techniques.
• Strong network and established relationships with spine surgeons and hospitals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
