Job Summary

Support Technician role providing IT support with knowledge of client-server networks and MS Office, working in a marine environment with training provided. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and support client-server network systems to ensure stable IT operations
• Use MS Office applications to create, edit, and manage documents and reports for IT support tasks
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken, to assist users and document issues
• Adapt to and perform IT support duties in a marine environment safely and efficiently
• Participate in training programs to develop technical skills and knowledge relevant to the role

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum education level: ITC (Information Technology Certificate)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Salary range: $3000-$4000
• Training will be provided
