About the Role
The Supply & Merchandising Coordinator ensures Twigly's stores are always stocked with the right products. This role bridges suppliers, logistics, and store teams to optimize availability, costs, and product presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate ordering and delivery schedules with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Track stock movements, resolve discrepancies, and minimize wastage.
- Monitor sales performance and recommend adjustments to assortments.
- Work with the marketing team to plan promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure products are displayed according to merchandising guidelines.
- Support new store openings and product launches.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 1-2 years experience in retail operations, logistics, or merchandising.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Good organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
