Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely supply of materials to meet production requirements
- Execute planning activities based on forecasts and system-generated reports
- Monitor supplier delivery schedules and follow up to ensure commitments are met
- Expedite deliveries and resolve material shortages when required
- Handle supplier-related issues including quality concerns, returns, and discrepancies
- Ensure accuracy of data and maintain proper documentation in systems
- Monitor inventory levels and support efforts to optimise stock holding
- Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, planning, or supply chain operations
- Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
