The Opportunity

- We are looking for an experienced Supply & Marine Logistics Coordinator (12 months contract)
- Office Location: Habourfront
The Talent:
- Experience in supply chain, product scheduling, logistics coordination, or trading operations within energy, oil & gas, chemicals, aviation fuels, marine fuels, or related industries.
- Experience balancing supply-demand requirements, inventory positions, product shortages/surpluses, and customer delivery commitments.
- Experience coordinating cargo movements, vessel scheduling, transportation planning, and logistics execution with shipping partners, terminals, vessel operators, or freight providers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to evaluate operational constraints, inventory targets and market conditions to develop supply solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with government officers and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in computer systems and logistics-related applications.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations, shipping documentation, import/export processes and cargo operations.
- Prior experience in oil & gas, fuels, trading, chemicals, refining, marine logistics, supply planning or product scheduling will be highly advantageous.
Job Description
- Coordinate with Refineries, Retail, Commercial, Aviation, and Marine Fuels stakeholders to forecast supply-demand balances, identify product shortages and surpluses, and communicate optimization opportunities to traders and supply teams.
- Lead and execute end-to-end fuel supply planning across regional and tributary networks, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant deliveries to both internal and external customers.
- Manage cargo scheduling and logistics activities, collaborating with shipping partners and vessel operators to secure transportation requirements and maintain uninterrupted product movement.
- Develop and implement supply solutions by balancing operational constraints, inventory targets, customer demand, and market conditions, similar to practices followed by leading global oil majors.
