Our client is a global leading manufacturer within the automotive aftermarket industry. Due to evolving business needs, we are partnering them to hire a Supply Chain Transformation & Analysis Manager to drive process optimisation, digitalisation and operational excellence across the region.
You will lead the implementation of an effective S&OP process, consolidate and analyse KPIs across business units, and spearhead digitalisation and automation initiatives within the supply chain. A key focus will be driving continuous improvement and change management to enhance efficiency, accuracy and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement S&OP processes monitor performance metrics and lead product review cycles
- Develop and standardise business processes across the organisation through training, documentation and audits
- Manage a regional KPI dashboard (Power BI) identify trends and drive improvement initiatives with key stakeholders
- Lead digitalisation and automation projects, collaborating with IT to integrate solutions into existing workflows
- Build customs and trade compliance capabilities within the regional supply chain function
- Partner with HR to strengthen supply chain team capabilities and champion a culture of innovation
Key Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or Engineering Master's or APICS/Six Sigma certification preferred
- 8 to 10 years of supply chain experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in supply chain transformation, S&OP implementation and KPI-driven performance improvement
- Strong SAP knowledge (SD, MM, APO) and proficiency in Power BI
- Experience leading digitalisation initiatives and change management programmes
- Knowledge of customs and trade compliance is an advantage
