Position:Supply Chain Specialist (Contract - 1 Year, Renewable)
Location: Beach road
Start Date: 15 Jun 2026 (or earlier)
Contract Type: 1-Year Rolling Contract (Non-convertible to Permanent)

Working Hours / Shift Structure

• 5-day work week (includes weekends and Public Holidays)
• 24/7 rotating shift system (monthly rotation):

Shift 1: 0800 - 1700 (No shift allowance)
Shift 2: 1500 - 0000

• Shift allowance: 3% (weekday) / 5% (weekend)

Shift 3: 2330 - 0830

• Shift allowance: 15% (weekday) / 20% (weekend)
• Meal allowance provided
• Transport support / shared ride arrangements available for eligible shifts (subject to operational arrangements)

Shift Pattern Notes:

• Rotational exposure across all shifts after onboarding
• Initial period may focus on earlier shifts before full rotation

Salary Package

• Early career: S$3,300 - S$3,500 (excluding allowances)
• Candidates with relevant experience: up to S$3,700 - S$4,000
• Maximum consideration: up to S$4,200 (subject to experience and fit)

Job Purpose

The Supply Chain Specialist supports Global Services Integrated Materials Management and Component Services Program, ensuring effective order fulfilment, AOG support, and coordination across global supply chain stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Support order fulfilment by coordinating and expediting material flow with internal and external stakeholders
Assist in execution of Integrated Materials Management and Component Services Program
Serve as a point of contact for operational and customer enquiries
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, planning, asset, and repair teams to resolve supply issues
Track shipments and support forward and reverse logistics through 3PL partners
Support urgent requirements including Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations
Assist in preparation and maintenance of operational documentation (procedures, guides, and reference materials)
Identify special demand requirements and coordinate fulfilment solutions
Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
