About The Role
Accenture is seeking Consultants to support Supply Chain Planning transformation initiatives. This role combines planning analysis, business problem-solving, and AI-enabled content creation to support consulting teams in designing and delivering innovative planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Support planning transformation projects across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP processes.
Perform data analysis, process assessments, and business requirements gathering.
Develop presentations, deliverables, training materials, and solution documentation.
Create, coordinate, and refine project content using AI-enabled tools and technologies.
Conduct industry, technology, and market research to support project teams.
Collaborate with senior consultants and project leads on solution development.
Support workshops and project management activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Analytics, Economics, or related discipline.
1–4 years of consulting, analytics, business transformation, or relevant industry experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience using productivity and AI tools to create business content and insights.
Ability to communicate ideas clearly through presentations and written materials.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated learning agility and interest in supply chain transformation.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to Supply Chain Planning concepts, S&OP, Demand Planning, or Supply Planning.
Experience with planning technologies, analytics platforms, or data visualization tools.
Prior supply chain experience is advantageous but not required.
