Supply Chain Planner (Manufacture/East)

Job Description:

• Lead the monthly S&OP cycle to align sales demand with manufacturing capacity, ensuring cross-functional consensus on a single, executable build plan.

• Monitor sales order backlog against approved plans, managing allocation and prioritization during supply constraints to meet strategic and revenue objectives.

• Perform capacity, resource, and long-term planning analysis, including floor space, labor, and equipment constraints, and develop mitigation strategies to balance demand and capacity.

• Assess the planning and supply chain impact of major Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), including inventory exposure, supplier commitments, and production lead times.

• Drive material readiness and risk management through long lead-time procurement strategies, scenario simulations, and executive-level reporting to improve forecast accuracy, plan attainment, and inventory health.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with 2-5 years of experience in supply chain planning

• Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
