Supply Chain Planner

Job Responsibilities:

. Plan and prepare daily schedules for product manufacture

. Prepare production plans to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to customer orders

. Ensure production department adopts best practices and at maximum efficiency at all times

. Follow-up with related departments to expedite the flow of production and documents to meet customer expectations

. Prepare status reports for production progress and work in process

. Receive and review sales orders against current requirements and work in process using the material requirement planning report

. Communicate with production department on a daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies

. Work with production supervisors and purchasing department on material status and production planning issues

. Understand and assist to implement an internal system in the facility that ties to the front office ERP system

Job Requirements:

. Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain planning, manufacturing, or related environment

. Strong knowledge of production scheduling, material planning, inventory control, and manufacturing processes

. Experience using ERP and MRP systems for production and material planning

. Good understanding of manufacturing workflows, lead times, and production capacity planning

. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

. Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with production, purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams

. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

. Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and reporting capabilities

. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

. Knowledge of continuous improvement practices and manufacturing efficiency concepts is an advantage

. Familiarity with ISO standards, lean manufacturing, or supply chain best practices will be an added advantage
