About the Role

As part of our Singapore commercial team, you will play a critical role in setting up and overseeing the day-to-day supply chain operations for Genesis MedTech in Singapore, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely execution.

You will work directly with manufacturing partners, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to support the reliable importation, storage, and distribution of medical devices into Singapore. This is a hands-on individual contributor role that requires independence, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced medical device environment.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-On Operations

• Oversee inbound shipments end-to-end, including shipment booking, documentation, and delivery scheduling
• Communicate directly with manufacturing partners to coordinate production readiness, shipment planning, documentation accuracy, and packing requirements
• Oversee daily monitoring of inventory levels, batch/lot numbers, and expiry dates
• Oversee consignment stock replenishment and hospital logistics requirements
• Support urgent or time-critical deliveries for surgical cases

3PL & Supply Chain Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact with the 3PL warehouse
• Oversee inbound scheduling across factory, freight forwarder, and 3PL partners
• Ensure and drive adherence to SOPs for receiving, picking, returns, and recall activities
• Drive timely resolution of issues impacting KPIs such as on-time delivery, accuracy, and storage utilization

Systems & Processes

• Drive the setup and continuous improvement of practical SOPs and workflows for inbound, outbound, and consignment operations
• Oversee inventory dashboards and demand-planning tools to support operational visibility
• Drive strong documentation control and product traceability practices

Regulatory & Quality

• Oversee compliance with GDPMDS and HSA logistics requirements
• Ensure and drive full product traceability and recall readiness
• Support QA audits and drive timely follow-up on corrective actions

Ownership & Reporting

• Operate independently with minimal supervision
• Drive monthly reporting on inventory status, stock ageing, inbound delays, and key KPIs
• Proactively drive early risk identification and corrective action recommendations

Qualifications & Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline
• 3–7 years of hands-on logistics or supply chain operations experience, preferably in medical devices or other regulated industries
• Proven hands-on operational experience
• Experience working independently in a small or growth-stage organization
• Familiarity with GDPMDS and HSA logistics requirements
• Comfortable coordinating with overseas manufacturing partners, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners
• Strong Excel and ERP skills; highly detail-oriented and proactive
