Role Purpose
To maintain ERP hygiene, develop supply chain procurement SOPs, and provide departmental analytics. This role ensures the supply chain team operates efficiently and complies with internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SAP master data, PO workflows, and documentation standards.
- Create and maintain procurement SOPs and approval matrices.
- Coordinate payment forecasts and track departmental KPIs.
- Standardize awarding email formats and management approval processes.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Generate dashboards for supply chain performance (cost savings, on-time delivery, supplier scorecards).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance.
- 3+ years in supply chain operations or ERP administration (SAP preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
