Responsibilities: -
- Conduct monthly stock takes and ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date.
- Set up surveillance equipment, perform firmware upgrades, and maintain detailed update logs.
- Oversee stock placement and movement within the warehouse to ensure organized storage.
- Record and track serial numbers for all received shipments.
- Prepare and issue equipment for deployment, including proper documentation.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels to meet operational and project requirements.
- Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of faulty items.
- Package goods and prepare shipments for delivery to clients or project sites.
- Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying them against delivery documentation.
- Update and manage inventory data using the Auto Count System.
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and other administrative tasks related to supply chain operations.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Engineering, IT and Supply Chain
- Min 1 yrs experience as Logistics Admin
- Experience in inventory management
- Preferable with Auto Count System experience
- Comfortable to work in fan warehouse environment
