The Opportunity:
Adecco is partnering with a global semiconductor manufacturing company to hire a Supply Chain Manager. This role will drive customer-facing supply chain activities, clear-to-build readiness, supplier recovery, and supply risk management across global manufacturing sites.
- Work location: North
- Work hours: Mon-Fri, 8am - 5.30pm
- Salary: up to $11,000 + AWS + VB
The Job:
- Act as the key supply chain interface between customers, commercial teams, planning, procurement, operations, and global manufacturing sites.
- Coordinate clear-to-build readiness by aligning customer demand, material availability, production priorities, and supply execution.
- Identify supplier constraints, material shortages, and supply risks, while driving recovery plans with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide structured updates to customers and senior leadership on supply constraints, mitigation actions, and recovery timelines.
- Develop visibility into critical sub-tier suppliers, constrained components, supplier capacity, and potential risks impacting customer commitments.
- Drive supply chain resiliency initiatives, including safety stock planning, strategic buffer positioning, alternate sourcing, and supplier risk mitigation.
- Improve data integrity, planning accuracy, reporting, and supply chain analytics to support better decision-making and execution.
The Talent:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; MBA would be advantageous.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, materials, or operations within a complex manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience in clear-to-build coordination, supplier constraint management, material shortage recovery, and customer delivery support.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting supply chain updates to senior leadership, customers, and global stakeholders.
