Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate supply chain and sourcing activities across Asia and China in alignment with global strategies
• Act as the primary regional interface between global supply chain, purchasing, and local teams
• Oversee operational supply chain performance, including order acknowledgments, delivery adherence, and purchase requisition execution
• Monitor open actions, complaints, debit notes, and system-related topics (e.g. ZENG, ZPOR)
• Serve as escalation lead for supply chain disruptions, supplier issues, and customer-critical situations
• Monitor and improve supplier performance through KPIs, reviews, and corrective action plans
• Lead strategic supplier negotiations, including master agreements, in collaboration with Supplier Management
• Review and approve purchase orders based on margin, cost, and risk considerations
• Drive regional cost optimization through price estimation, benchmarking, and best-cost sourcing decisions
• Coordinate customer RFQs, sourcing projects, and order execution across the region
• Ensure sourcing strategies support customer requirements, timelines, and profitability
• Align regional sourcing decisions with market and customer expectations
• Contribute to the definition and execution of the regional supply chain strategy together with the SDM and Regional Head
• Drive process standardization, SAP capability development, and implementation of global process updates
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives across regional supply chain operations
• Conduct regular alignment calls and performance discussions with regional sourcing specialists
• Lead regional and global review meetings to ensure transparency on performance and priorities
• Support talent development, training initiatives, and knowledge sharing within the region
