We are seeking an experienced
Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations that will grow our presence in the luxury premium space in Singapore and to increase market share and deliver profitable growth in the short and long term. This role plays a critical role in ensuring product availability through forecast accuracy and optimized lead time for replenishment processes as well as ensuring efficient and cost-effective warehouse management and distribution of products, including both Finished Goods and Spare Parts. The role operates at both a strategic and hands-on operational level, ensuring daily performance, weekly rhythms of accountability, and monthly strategic reviews are consistently executed to the highest standard.
What You'll Be Doing
Strategic
- Lead planning and execution of supply chain's end-to-end strategy in market, ensuring alignment with global supply chain strategy
- Drive operational excellence through weekly cadence on delivery performance analysis, analyze delivery trends, identify key pain points and performance gaps, and execute actionable improvement plans
- Financial oversight on logistic costs and impact on operational budget, reporting accurately on progress and challenges

Demand Planning
- Drive demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization to mitigate supply risks and ensure continuity of supply
- Collaborate with Sales team and relevant stakeholders to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing under/excess supply, SLOBS, expiry and write-offs
- Manage relationships with manufacturing organizations and oversee global logistics, including time-sensitive and product flows
Warehouse & Logistics Management
- Oversee warehouse management, delivery & logistics operations and mitigate their environmental influences
- Minimize daily operational disruptions with delivery partners and 3PL providers to ensure alignment with internal operational requirements and service level expectations
Resolutions
- Active issue resolution, manage exceptions and escalate anomalies
- Review customer complaints daily, take immediate action to resolve issues, and approve compensation where required in line with defined authority level
Compliance and Continuous Improvement
- Drive digitalization and continuous improvement across planning, systems, and processes and update SOPs
- Ensure all supply chain activities comply with applicable Singapore regulations and laws governing business operations
- Manage annual regulatory submissions including the EEE (Electrical and Electronic Equipment) submission to the NEA (National Environment Agency) in compliance with local environmental legislation
- Ensure all hazards are reported, recorded, risk-assessed, and that reasonably practicable controls are implemented
What We're Looking For
- 8-10+ years of solid background in supply chain management
- Experience in demand planning, inventory management and logistics
- Strong ERP and CRM experience (JD Edwards & Salesforce)
- Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills
