Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to manage orders and schedule deliveries effectively
- Monitor inventory levels regularly to ensure timely stock replenishment and prevent shortages
- Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation accurately to support procurement and sales processes
- Maintain precise records of transactions and assist in generating operational reports for management review
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team to support daily supply chain and sales coordination tasks
