Salary: basic up $3,300 + Bonus

Responsibilities:

. Receive claims from warehouses and dealers and ensure all claims are accurately uploaded into the company's claim portal
. Investigate the cause of each claim to support timely resolution
. Monitor and review all pending claims to ensure closure within defined timelines
. Coordinate and communicate with dealers to resolve claim-related issues efficiently
. Liaise with vendors regarding pending vendor claims and follow up for resolution
. Process credit notes, returned parts, and free-of-charge (FOC) parts as applicable
. Prepare monthly claim reports and other ad hoc claim-related reports
. Review and create purchase orders for approval related to rework or repacking activities performed by third-party logistics providers

Requirements:

. Diploma in Business
. 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
. Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
