Manages the supplier relationships with the local Customs Clearance LSP, Repacker (ZP) and Freight forwarders.
To support stock-at-risk identification and physical destruction of product following write-off.
To perform inventory reconciliation between company and 3PL SAP systems
Primary contact within the Commercial business for executing inventory allocations and communication of inventory availability dates
Coordination and execution of re-packing activities within the market to support the Commercial business.
Report to CS & L Lead on the end customer service level performance and cost effectiveness through the use of KPI's.
Ensure the integrity of Material Master and Customer data within the systems used within the CS&L functions, including set ups for New Product Introduction.
Requirements:
Min 3-5years experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Customer service operation, ideally in Pharmaceutical.
Extensive experience in managing 3rd part logistics provider and contact negotiations.
Extensive experience in managing relationships with external parties (government entities) and key internal stakeholders (e.g, Director level).
Experience in operating withing a GxP environment, EHS requirements.
In-depth knowledge of Logistics (inbound freight / customs / Warehouse / Road Distribution and planning activities).
In-depth knowledge of Order to Cash Cycle.
Experience in ERP system (e.g, SAP)
