Supply Chain & Logistics Executive

Job description

. Coordinating logistics, transportation, and distribution activities

. Monitor and follow up on transiting shipments

. Product and inventory management of appointed product lines

. Monitor and follow-up with shipping agents to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate shipping document submission

. Tracking weekly order movement status

. Monitor and expedite delivery to ensure smooth and uninterrupted supply according to customer needs

. Gathering of market intelligence on new products, industry trends, competitive development and constant evaluation of potential new product line

. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations

. Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirement:

. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficient in ambiguous situations

. Excellent communication and teamwork skills

. Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive attitude

. Advantageous to have experience working in small teams andsourcing projects

. Possess initiative, responsibility and willingness to learn

. Proficient in MS Excel and other MS office applications
