Supply Chain Lead (FCMG)

Your new company
A fast‑growing global e‑commerce business headquartered in Singapore, focused on direct‑to‑consumer branded products is seeking a Supply Chain Lead. Centrally located with 2 days work from home post probation. This role is responsible for owning and scaling the end‑to‑end supply chain. You'll ensure inventory health, enable fast product launches, and drive cost and process efficiencies using data, automation, and strong cross‑functional alignment.

Your new role

• Lead supply planning, purchasing, logistics, and inventory management across global markets
• Drive demand forecasting and S&OP alignment with Sales and Marketing
• Manage manufacturers (US & China),lead times, and sourcing initiatives
• Oversee 3PLs and Amazon to maintain fulfilment and delivery SLAs
• Support new product launches, packaging approvals, and SKU lifecycle management
• Partner cross‑functionally and present supply risks, plans, and insights to senior leadership
• Leverage automation and AI tools to streamline planning, POs, and risk management

What you'll need to succeed

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related
• Minimally 7 years in supply chain / operations, with 2 years in a leadership role
• Hands‑on experience in demand planning, inventory optimisation, and ERP/MRP systems
• Experience supporting new product introductions in e‑commerce or consumer goods
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
