PURPOSE
We are looking for a candidate who will be supporting the Southeast Asia Pacific's Supply Chain team. This is a full time internship, that will last for 6 months between January to June 2026, based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer and logistics inquiries via email, and chat.
- Assist customers with order tracking, shipment status updates, and problem resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Support logistics operations by performing administrative tasks such as data entry and report generation.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service processes and procedures.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Highly adaptable individual with good time management, organization and creativity
