Job Description

PURPOSE

We are looking for a candidate who will be supporting the Southeast Asia Pacific's Supply Chain team. This is a full time internship, that will last for 6 months between January to June 2026, based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer and logistics inquiries via email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with order tracking, shipment status updates, and problem resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Support logistics operations by performing administrative tasks such as data entry and report generation.
  • Assist in developing and implementing customer service processes and procedures.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Highly adaptable individual with good time management, organization and creativity
  • Critical thinking, decision-making, and creative thinking
