About The Role
The Modulus Singapore Supply Chain Intern will support the supply chain team in delivering data-driven insights to improve site supply planning and logistics processes. The intern will contribute to building a resilient and adaptable supply chain capable of supporting NPI materials through to commercial supply. Working closely with cross-functional teams including production, manufacturing technology, engineering, safety, and quality, the intern will play an active role in implementing a fit-for-purpose supply & logistics operating model.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the supply chain team in designing and implementing fit-for-purpose supply & logistics strategies
- Maintain and manage supply planning and material master data; during the project phase, act as supply chain user representative for master data setup, planning parameter definition, UAT, and training development
- Design and set up reporting metrics for internal performance monitoring and external service providers (e.g. on-time delivery, order fulfillment rates, inventory turns)
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel) to deliver actionable supply chain insights
- Support value stream mapping to identify process gaps, waste, and improvement opportunities
- Derive insights from logistics data across availability, sourcing, distribution, and supplier management
- Ensure adherence to cGMP and all Sanofi Quality, Safety, and Compliance requirements
- Explore and promote adoption of AI and digital tools within the supply chain function
What You Bring
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and lean/VSM concepts is advantageous
- Eager to learn new technologies and digital tools including AI
- Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player
