Responsibilities
- Support daily supply chain operations and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor service performance across cost, service level, and responsiveness metrics.
- Observe on-ground operations (Gemba) to understand workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in aligning operational processes with systems and data structures.
- Apply digital and AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, automation tools) to enhance productivity in daily work.
- Translate basic business scenarios into simple workflows and digital use cases.
- Support data analysis to identify operational issues, delays, and shortages.
- Prepare reports and actionable insights to support operational and management decision-making.
- Build knowledge in supply chain operations and AI-enabled ways of working through continuous learning.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in supply chain operations or a related field.
- Basic understanding of supply chain functions including planning, logistics, procurement, and warehousing.
- Fundamental analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data.
- Demonstrated interest in digital tools and AI applications for business use.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment.
