Handle procurement activities including sourcing, purchase order issuance, price negotiations, raw material evaluation and general procurement administration
Support food tasting sessions and participate in R&D workshops
Align with other departments to launch new menus and ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials
Liaise with vendors to build a mutually beneficial business relationship
Ensure product quality meeting the required standards
Maintain data in ERP system
General store support on picking and packing, or other supply chain related matters
Key communication window to designated business units, working close with brand and operations
Requirements
Diploma or above
At least 2 years of working experience in supply chain, procurement or food & beverage R&D (experience in food related industries would be an added advantage)
Detail-oriented with good numeric sense
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Resourceful and quick thinking to respond to situations
