Assist in market research and supplier sourcing for ongoing construction projects, including building materials, equipment, and related supplies.
Support the identification and evaluation of suppliers to meet project requirements.
Assist in procurement activities such as requests for quotation (RFQ), price comparison, and basic negotiation support.
Follow up on procurement processes to support timely delivery of materials in line with project schedules and requirements.
Support the implementation of procurement processes and guidelines at the project level.
Coordinate with internal teams to assist with procurement approvals, documentation, and delivery arrangements.
Support supplier performance tracking and ensure basic compliance with quality and safety requirements.
Assist in resolving routine coordination issues between project teams and suppliers.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in procurement under construction sector, supply chain, or related function
Basic understanding of procurement processes such as RFQ and price comparison.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with ERP or procurement systems is an advantage but not required.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willing to learn, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Able to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders as part of business operations.
Working proficiency in English (reading and writing) is required.
