Job Summary
To ensure seamless and accurate retail order processing, daily delivery planning, and logistics
coordination by managing order entries, optimizing delivery schedules, and collaborating with logistics partners.
This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, minimizing discrepancies, and ensuring timely, deliveries to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Order Management
- Prompt Order processing
- Ensure accurate order processing with proper supporting documents and approved prices.
- Returns processing (1-1 exchange, customer PP, change or cancel orders)
- Manage back and forward orders
Outbound Management / Local Distribution
- Generate delivery schedule to DSV after order cut off.
- Coordinate with external customers such as dealers and homeowners on returns, delivery,
installation, exchange and balance payment collections, etc
- Coordinate with transporter on daily delivery issues and ensure all documents and balance
payment of delivered goods is returned within the agreed time frame.
- Processing Local/Export sales & delivery order and co-ordinate delivery.
- Coordinate with transporter/factory on Delivery and ensure all documents of delivered goods
Warehouse Management
- Maintain and establish clear communication channel with local customers and Sales Managers/Executives on all sales coordination, orders/stocks status and delivery related issues
- Coordinate with warehouse to ensure all order released are picked and invoices are cut before end of the working day
Others
- Actively participate or handle in events or project organize by BSH
- Archive document
