Supply Chain Excellence & Operations Manager (Singapore)

Description

A leading multinational food ingredients organisation is seeking a Supply Chain Excellence & Operations Manager based in Singapore. This regional role will drive supply chain transformation and continuous improvement across APAC, while overseeing supply chain operations for ASEAN and India markets.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives across APAC, identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve systems, harmonise ways of working and deliver sustainable cost efficiencies. You will assess end-to-end supply chain and planning processes, reduce manual activities and champion greater adoption of technology. In parallel, you will manage a small team and oversee the day-to-day supply chain operations for ASEAN and India, such as inventory, warehousing, customer and quality-related matters, and trade compliance.

Requirements

Ideally, you have a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or a relevant field with a strong background in supply chain operations, ideally gained within a multinational FMCG, food ingredients, chemicals or similarly complex environment. Strong end-to-end operational understanding is essential, together with demonstrated exposure to process improvement, systems enhancement or supply chain transformation initiatives. You are analytical, resourceful and comfortable identifying improvement opportunities before translating them into action. Success requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence. A self-driven, tenacious and adaptable approach, coupled with learning agility will enable you to grow with the organisation.
