About The Job
- Lead the APAC supply chain organisation, covering demand & supply planning, procurement, logistics, and distribution.
- Oversee the regional S&OP processes, ensuring forecast accuracy and product availability across retail, e-commerce, and channel partners.
- Drive digitialisation initiatives (automation, advanced analytics, AI-driven planning tools) to strengthen operational efficiency.
- Partner closely with global HQ and regional business leaders to align supply chain strategies with growth priorities.
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing regional supply chain teams across multiple markets.
Skills And Experience Required
- 15+ years experience in supply chain leadership, with a strong background in electronics, consumer goods, or high-volume manufacturing.
- Proven ability to manage multi-market operations and complex distribution networks.
- Track record of driving end-to-end supply chain transformation with measurable impact on cost, agility, and customer service.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence both global stakeholders and local market teams.
