Supply Chain Coordinator

• Position: Supply Chain Coordinator

• Location: Alexandra

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,800 + Monthly Transport Reimbursement + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Electric Automotive Products

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordination and negotiation with internal & external parties (customers/suppliers & freight forwarders)

• Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating/issuing, SAP input, sailing schedule arrangement, invoice & BL checking)

• Supplier and customer management (order backlog & forecast management)

• Cost Analysis (awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)

Requirements:

• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Minimum Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience

• Possess knowledge and practical experience in using Incoterms

• Experienced liaising with customers, suppliers, and forwarders for overseas shipments, including both import and export activities
