Implement and enforce anti-corruption and anti-bribery policies across indirect procurement and supplier onboarding Conduct due diligence on suppliers, assessing ownership, legal history, and ethical practices Maintain and update supplier records, compliance documentation, and audit trails in systems (e.g., MDG) Ensure compliance with global regulatory frameworks (FCPA, UK Bribery Act, local laws) Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, legal, finance, engineering, IT, sustainability, risk management) Identifyand mitigate supply chain risks related to compliance, sustainability, and governance Align procurement processes with SOX requirements in partnership with internal audit and finance Deliver compliance training and regulatory updates to procurement and business teams Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement compliance and supplier governance Support supply chain project management and digital transformation initiatives Note: This position is an individual contributor role and does not involve people management.
In-depthknowledge of procurement regulations, contract law, and audit procedures Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in SAP ERP, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. Effective analytical and project management capabilities Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including anti-bribery laws and labor regulations Experience with ISO standards, risk management, and sustainability practices is preferred Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Chartered institute of procurement & supply (CIPS) Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified compliance & ethics professional (CCEP), Certified fraud examiner (CFE) are highlydesirable Shape Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related discipline
Minimum 5 years experience in procurement, supply chain compliance, or supplier governance Hands-on working backgroundregulatory frameworks, risk management, and audit procedures Implementation ofCompliance programs Compliance tools and analytics platforms applications (an added advantage)
