Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Associate to support our logistics and operations functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods, accurate inventory management, and timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Product Handling

• Inspect, sort, pack, arrange, categorize, and scan products according to established procedures

• Ensure product accuracy and quality control during inbound and outbound processes

• Support daily warehouse and operational activities

• Inventory & Data Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and system updates

• Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment planning

• Perform cycle counts and stock reconciliation exercises

• Order Fulfilment & Documentation

• Assist in processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Prepare shipping documentation, including packing lists, shipping labels, and related forms

• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery

• Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Operations) to resolve order-related issues

• Respond to customer email inquiries regarding order status when required

• Escalate discrepancies and operational issues promptly

• Process Improvement & Compliance

• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and reduce operational errors

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational SOPs

• Support ad-hoc logistics and supply chain tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma, Higher Nitec, or equivalent qualification (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred)

• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations is an advantage

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced and physically active environment

• Willingness to learn and take initiative
