Job Title: Supply Chain Assistant (West)
Job Hours: 8.30am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate suppliers to procure electrical equipment, spare parts, and electronic components aligned with operational requirements
- Conduct quotation enquiries and negotiate prices to secure cost-effective purchasing agreements
- Place purchase orders accurately and coordinate delivery arrangements to meet project timelines
- Maintain comprehensive procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance data, ensuring compliance with ISO documentation standards
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to maintain adequate supply while minimizing excess stock
- Conduct regular stock takes to verify inventory accuracy and support supply chain planning
- Collaborate with freight forwarders and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics and delivery processes
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience
- Knowledge of procurement processes including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
- Electrical knowledge and experience in the marine and offshore industry
- Experience working with freight forwarders.
