Supply Chain Assistant (Entry level, North)

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer projects and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support RFQ, quotation preparation and project documentation.
• Liaise with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Production and Quality teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor project progress, customer requirements and inventory status.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), engineering changes and other customer-related activities.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers through effective communication and coordination.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
