Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Applications Manager to oversee and optimize supply chain systems and applications across the organization. This role will be responsible for managing ERP and related platforms, ensuring seamless integration with business operations, and driving digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain function.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with deep supply chain knowledge to enhance efficiency, visibility, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support supply chain-related applications (e.g. ERP, WMS, TMS, procurement systems)
- Lead system implementation, upgrades, and integration projects across supply chain functions
- Collaborate with stakeholders (procurement, logistics, warehouse, finance) to gather requirements and improve system workflows
- Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and process standardization across platforms
- Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization to improve operational efficiency
- Provide system training and user support to internal teams
- Work with external vendors and IT teams to resolve system issues and enhancements
- Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvements
- Develop reports and dashboards for supply chain analytics and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and data governance standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in supply chain systems, ERP management, or related roles
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, logistics, distribution)
- Experience in system implementation and process improvement projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience in data analysis and reporting tools
