Supply Chain Analytics Manager (Global Chemicals Manufacturer)

They are currently on an active look out for a suitable candidate as a Supply Chain Analytics Manager (Global Chemicals Manufacturer), who is the critical point of contact in terms of ensuring efficient finished goods Demand and Supply Allocation planning for a high volume manufacturing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Asia Head of Supply Chain & Manufacturing based in Singapore, and this position will be focusing on the below:

• Lead the strategic review of Asia Sales & Operations Planning (S&Op) with the key objective of implementing supply chain digitization framework to synergise supply chain planning with onsite manufacturing capabilities.
• Subject matter expert to spearhead the strategic supply chain analysis to make happen successful optimization of utilization of manufacturing equipment, systems, and resources to meet changing production demands.
• Actively look into continuous process improvements to minimise incidents of excess inventory to ensure healthy safety stock levels.
• Drive Supply Chain Excellence to develop improved supply chain efficiency by means of driving accuracy in Demand Forecasting Management and beyond.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate Profile

Singapore . Permanent

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 7-10 years of relevant experience in end-to-end Supply Chain or Business Management experiences in a complex and high volume Manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in acquired solution-oriented mind set to deal with complex and matrix organizational framework.
• Excellent hands-on experience and knowledge in driving Supply Chain Excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to relay and/or drive process improvements across a global organization to regional/ global stakeholders involved.
• Good understanding of SAP and equivalent ERP system is highly preferred
