Job Description:
- Manage inbound, outbound, and cross-trade shipments (FCL, LCL, breakbulk, airfreight)
- Ensure timely and cost-efficient order fulfillment by overseeing shipment execution in alignment with delivery schedules and budget targets.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with shipping lines and freight forwarders, negotiating optimal routes and rates, and reviewing all freight agreements and terms.
- Proactively address and resolve logistics issues, such as delivery delays or shipment disruptions.
- Collaborate with business teams to design and implement the most cost-effective logistics solutions.
- Lead and support the supply chain team in applying industry best practices and monitoring performance through defined KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
