Responsibilities

Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables while proactively seeking improvements. Analyze problems by breaking them down into smaller components and identifying root causes. Observe and learn about operational processes, translating insights into actionable improvement ideas. Demonstrate a strong interest in AI tools by experimenting and applying them to redesign and enhance tasks. Assist in bridging the gap between operations and digital tools, translating business needs into workflows. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, asking questions to clarify requirements. Adapt quickly to evolving environments and learn new tools, maintaining a growth mindset.

Requirements

A degree in a relevant field is preferred. 2-5 years of experience in supply chain operations, including planning, logistics, or procurement. Basic exposure to operational problem-solving and process improvement activities. Familiarity with digital tools, such as Excel and dashboards, with an interest in AI applications. A strong desire to engage with stakeholders while learning about business processes and improvements.
