Job Scope
- Order Processing - Acknowledge and process sales orders, coordinate with various departments and related parties to fulfil order
- Build and maintain strong relationship with customers by identifying and assessing customers current and future needs
- Timely fulfilment of customers orders or communication of schedule revision
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders will be fulfilled on time
- Prepare samples, price estimates and quotations within customer's expectations and timeframe
- Create work orders for production and replacement work orders if necessary
- Ensure prompt billing of invoices and assist in overdue payment collection
- Conduct SAP master data housekeeping
- Manage inventory level for raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods
- Analyse order trends and prepare forecast schedule to material planner
- Evaluate vendor's performance develop good relationships with reliable vendors
- Implement feasible improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness, efficiency and/or economy
- Guides and train Program Administrators (for senior)
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
- 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience
