Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled professional to join CDG Zig's Supply team. This role combines data engineering, business logic, and strategic thinking to support driver supply planning and maintain a healthy driver ecosystem through advanced analytics, reporting, and incentive optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Modeling
- Monitor and analyze driver supply metrics (e.g., active drivers, online hours, acceptance rates) to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Develop predictive models and algorithms to forecast driver supply and optimize resource allocation.
Automation & Reporting
- Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports using Python and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to support operational decision-making.
- Streamline data workflows and improve efficiency through Python scripting and ETL processes.
Business Logic & Incentive Design
- Collaborate with Finance and Driver Operations to design, evaluate, and optimize driver incentive programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budget constraints.
- Apply logical frameworks to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Data Management
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python for deeper analysis.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting and analytical outputs.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years in data analytics, operations, or supply planning-preferably in ride-hailing, logistics, or tech platforms.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and modeling.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Excel.
- Analytical & Business Skills:
