Supply & Demand Planning Manager (6 Months contract)

About the Role

As Supply & Demand Planning Manager you will ensure product availability in countries where Country Business Unit (CBU) operates, through forecasting sales, based on inputs from other functions and distributors, and order management, both at distributors and at factory level.

Main Responsibilities:

Supply Planning

Ensure OTIF production + timely & accurate information between factories and CBU for production planning for full NWW scope

Deployment of produced products and management of shipments for your countries

Demand Planning

Forecasting of CBU Sales Sell-In in short, mid and long term (18 months) horizons

Monitoring & alignment of local sales forecast Sell-out with Sales and distributors

Management of finished goods inventory levels in countries in collaboration with distributors

Participation in regional innovation projects and support of Country Acceleration Team

You will be interacting with a wide range of stakeholders internally and externally (factories and distributors).

About You

You have a bachelor or master education level, qualification in business or Supply Chain, and at least 3 years relevant working experience in a supply chain environment. You are fluent in English, additional languages (e.g.Spanish) are considered a plus. In addition, you have:

- Supply & Demand Planning experience

- Analytical thinking

- Taking responsibility and ownership

- Ability to engage and align with teams in cross-functional ways of working

- Ability to influence & persuade others
