Job Description
- Perform full-time supervision of construction projects, ensuring works are executed according to approved plans, technical specifications, and Building Control Act requirements.
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational safety (SOP) regulations.
- Maintain mandatory site records, including inspection reports, daily site diaries, and photographic documentation.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction works
- Diploma in Civil discipline or equivalent
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Preferably with experience in handling LTA projects
